We’re here to provide value. Whether we save you time, the physical effort of cleaning out a space, or the struggle of making multiple trips to the landfill in a car that’s packed to the gills. We’re dedicated to helping you tackle the daunting task of ‘the clean out.’ We prioritize giving reusable items a second chance and keeping them out of the landfill through our partner thrift store KIS Thrift, in Wilder, VT.

Established in 2021, KIS Clean Outs has done over 1000 projects in the Upper Valley.

MEET THE TEAM

SAM FREIHOFER

Sam founded KIS Clean Outs & KIS Thrift. He grew up in the Upper Valley and loves to drive truck. He is very strong and pretty smart.

MARGARET PRIDGEN

You’ll talk with Margaret to schedule an appointment! Margaret grew up in Etna, NH in The Trumbull House B&B that her mom, Hilary Pridgen, ran for 25 years. Margaret’s passion for breakfast food (the best food) was born here.

DUNCAN CARROLL

Duncan is a Norwich, VT native that takes pride in doing more with less.

RYAN GILMOUR

Ryan lives in Hartford Vermont and enjoys making music, skiing and hiking with his dog Soccer.

STEF GROETSCH

Stef hails from New Orleans, but has called Vermont home since 2016. She enjoys growing food and listening to Motown.

JEB WELCH

Jeb was born and raised in West Fairlee, VT. He spent 4 years in North Dakota and Alaska working for the United States Air Force. Now he enjoys swimming, gardening, and spending time with family.
