We’re dedicated to helping you tackle the daunting task of a property or estate clean out. We prioritize giving reusable items a second chance and keeping them out of the landfill through our partner thrift store KIS Thrift, in Wilder, VT.

Established in 2021, KIS Clean Outs has done over 1,300 projects in the Upper Valley earning over 175 five star reviews!

MEET THE TEAM

MARGARET PRIDGEN

Margaret started a small home organizing company in 2019 which has grown and evolved into KIS Clean Outs & KIS Thrift. Margaret grew up in Etna, NH and loves baking and her cat, Smokey!

SAM FREIHOFER

Sam founded KIS Clean Outs with Margaret in 2021 and soon saw the need to start a thrift store as an outlet for all the reusable items from home clean out projects. He grew up in the Upper Valley and loves to build and fix things and hang out with his dog, Lucy.
